Clémence Coppin
Clémence Coppin is an associate in Weil’s Antitrust practice and her expertise includes advising on all aspects of EU competition law, including merger control, restrictive practices, market dominance and general counselling and compliance.

Clémence’s experience encompasses a broad range of industries including technology, freight forwarding, financial services, pharmaceutical and chemical sectors.

Prior to joining Weil, Clémence trained in the Brussels office of an international law firm.

Representative experience prior to joining Weil includes acting for:

  • Amazon Group, as part of the European Commission’s antitrust investigations on e-commerce self-preferencing
  • Amazon Group, in the $303 million tax State aid case against the Commission before the European General Court
  • A.P. Moller – Maersk’s $644 million acquisition of Senator international Freight Forwarding Group
  • Amundi (Crédit Agricole Group) in the $979 million sale of asset management company Lyxor by Société Générale
