Adina Feder
Adina Feder is an associate in Weil’s Real Estate practice and is based in New York. Adina participates in the representation of Firm clients with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures for real estate related companies.

Adina has been part of teams advising:

  • AllianceBernstein, as lender, in numerous loan transactions
  • Core Scientific, Inc., one of the world’s largest cryptocurrency mining and hosting companies with approximately $1 billion in debt in evaluating strategic options in light of falling Bitcoin prices and other headwinds in cryptocurrency industry
  • Core Scientific, Inc. in its $80 million first lien senior secured term loan facility upon emerging from chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings
  • The Home Depot in its pending $18.25 billion acquisition of SRS Distribution Inc.
  • The Kroger Company, along with The Albertsons Companies, Inc., in the approximately $1.9 billion sale of 413 stores, as well as select banners, distribution centers, offices and private label brands, to C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC in connection with Kroger’s proposed merger with Albertsons Companies Inc.

Adina received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she graduated as a member of Order of the Coif. She also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Kiyo A. Matsumoto of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Further, Adina served as Staff Editor for the Cardozo International & Comparative Law Review and had a note titled “Bull in a China Shop: How CFIUS Made Tiktok a National Security Problem” published in 2022. She received her B.A., magna cum laude, from Queens College.
