Biography
Sebastian Klein is an Associate in the Corporate department of our Frankfurt office. His practice focuses on Private Equity and other public and private M&A transactions. He also advises on general corporate matters.
After completing his International Baccalaureate at King William's College on the Isle of Man, Sebastian studied law and economics at EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht in Wiesbaden and at Bond University in Australia (law degree 2018; Master of Arts in Business 2018). He completed his legal clerkship in Wiesbaden and Frankfurt, working as a trainee lawyer in the corporate and dispute department of two leading US and UK law firms. He was admitted to practice in Germany in 2021.
Sebastian is fluent in German and English.
