Warren T. Buhle retired from the Firm in April 2018. He was a member of the Corporate Department specializing in representing lenders and borrowers in a wide variety of financial transactions. These included secured and unsecured credit facilities, leveraged leases, healthcare financings, restructurings, acquisition financings, letter of credit facilities, inventory and receivables borrowing base financings, tax-exempt revenue bond transactions and commercial paper facilities. Areas of particular concentration included aircraft and maritime finance, bank credit facilities, equipment leveraged leasing and healthcare finance.
Warren was recognized in Chambers USA in the field of Banking & Finance. He has also been named a "leading" lawyer for Banking in the U.S. by IFLR1000.
Warren was a member of the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the ABA Forum on Air and Space Law-Aircraft Finance and Contracts Division, and was a member of the Corporate Department’s Opinion Review Committee. Warren joined the firm in 1991. Prior to that, he was a partner in the banking department of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy.
Warren graduated from Columbia Law School in 1976 and Johns Hopkins University in 1973.
