Crain’s New York Business has named Appeals and Strategic Counseling partner Adam Banks among its 2024 “Notable Black Leaders.”

The publication noted Adam’s role in connection with Microsoft’s $68.7 billion acquisition of Activision Blizzard as well as an appellate win on behalf of Regeneron in a competitor antitrust lawsuit.

Crain’s also highlighted Adam’s leadership as Co-Chair of the Firm’s Diversity Committee and Co-Head of the WeilPride affinity group.

The publication selected honorees from a competitive field of New York City-area professionals “based on their demonstrated accomplishments, professional success and meaningful contributions to their respective industries.”
