Adé Heyliger, a partner in Weil’s Public Company Advisory Group, has been named among Savoy magazine’s “2022 Most Influential Black Lawyers” which features the top "must have" lawyers in the United States.

Adé was recognized for his diverse legal practice which includes advising public companies and corporate boards on various governance matters, as well as counseling on matters relating to shareholder activism.
