Patent Litigation partner Anne Cappella has been profiled among the “Top Women Lawyers” in California by the Daily Journal.

The publication recognized Anne as one of the technology industry’s foremost patent litigators and intellectual property counselors. In a winner’s profile, Daily Journal highlighted her lead role in successfully upholding the invalidation of patent claims for a leading technology company. The publication also noted her extensive advocacy of Diversity & Inclusion efforts as well as her long-standing pro bono contributions to reforming the California prison system.

This is the fourth time Anne has been selected to Daily Journal’s “Top Women Lawyers” series. She was previously recognized in 2014, 2017 and 2021 as one of California’s preeminent patent litigators.
