Courtney Marcus, Managing Partner of Weil’s Dallas Office and a partner in the Firm’s Banking & Finance practice, was named among the 2018 “Women in Business” honorees by the Dallas Business Journal. The award recognizes individuals who represent a variety of industries and roles that are crucial to the Dallas-Fort Worth ecosystem, including financial and legal services, commercial real estate and construction, and non-profit organizations.

Ms. Marcus concentrates on representing private equity firms and consortia, public and private corporate borrowers, and financial investors in connection with a wide variety of financing transactions. Over the past few years, Ms. Marcus has played an integral role in some of the energy industry’s most high-profile financings and restructurings, including representations of exploration and production, midstream and energy services companies.

The honorees will be recognized at a luncheon on August 23, 2018, in Dallas.
