Tax partner Graham Magill and Patent Litigation partner Christopher Pepe were both profiled as Rising Stars for 2022 by the National Law Journal, an award given to only 40 of the region’s most promising lawyers under 40.

The publication initially selected Christopher and Graham in August, and has now published their profiles in recognition of the honor.

The editors highlighted Graham’s work representing NEOGEN Corporation in its recently completed Reverse Morris Trust transaction, during which she helped manage a number of complex components to ensure a successful closing.  

Christopher’s successful defense of Regeneron Pharmaceuticals in an ITC case brought by Novartis was featured by the publication, as was its impact, ensuring patients have uninterrupted access to their preferred treatment for diseases that can otherwise cause blindness.

Weil is just one of two firms with more than one honoree on this year’s list. Lawyers chosen are among those who “develop unique practice niches, secure wins for clients, cultivate robust books of business and demonstrate strong leadership qualities.”
