Private Equity partner Jenna McBain has been named among the “40 Under 40: Future Leaders of Private Equity 2022” by Private Equity International. The series recognizes the top professionals under the age of 40 across the private equity industry.

Jenna is one of just five honorees from leading law firms recognized for “strong leadership qualities, displays of innovation and skills, and who have the potential to make a mark on the private equity industry.”

The profile noted Jenna’s expertise and achievements in advising major private equity clients and their portfolio companies on various transactions as well as on corporate governance matters. She was noted for advising Blackstone, Apollo and EQT Partners, among other clients, on high-profile deals.

Shortly after the completion of her first year as partner, Jenna “has made a name for herself as having ‘the full dealmaker skillset,’ according to one market onlooker, who praised her ‘sophisticated technical understanding and deep innovative streak,’” the publication reported.

She was chosen from more than 300 nominations across five different categories, including dealmakers, fundraisers, investors, lawyers and operators.
