Private Equity partner Jenna McBain has been named among the Top Rising Stars of 2021 by The Deal.

Jenna advises leading private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Her recent accomplishments include advising: American Securities in its $825 million acquisition of the Life Sciences Business of NN, Inc.; Apollo Global Management in its acquisition of Lendlease (US) Telecom Holdings LLC; Blackstone in its acquisition of a majority stake in ZO Skin Health, Inc.; and EQT Partners in its $485 million sale of Dorner Manufacturing Corporation.
