Banking & Finance partner Justin D. Lee has been named a “Notable 2023 LGBTQIA+ Leader” by Crain’s New York Business. He is among a select group of honorees chosen for this year’s list, which highlights individuals for “their professional achievements and their commitment to equality.”

Justin was noted for his work representing some of the world’s largest financial institutions, including Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan and Citi, as well as his advocacy for LGBTQ+ supportive organizations, including The Ali Forney Center, Immigration Equality, The Trevor Project and the Anti-Violence Project.

Justin is also active in diversity efforts at Weil as a leader of WeilPride, the Firm’s 70-lawyer LGBTQ+ affinity group, and as a member of the Executive Committee of Weil’s Diversity Committee. The publication noted that Justin “has crafted diversity initiatives, including Weil’s family-building benefit program providing surrogacy, adoption, and fertility benefits to all employees.”
