Public Company Advisory Group partner Lyuba Goltser has been elected a Fellow by the American College of Governance Counsel in recognition of her leadership, expertise and achievements in the field of corporate governance. 

Lyuba is among the 14 newly elected Fellows of the 2021 class, a group of attorneys who excel in counseling boards and directors, officers and others charged with governance responsibilities.

The American College of Governance Counsel is comprised of leading corporate governance lawyers from the U.S. and Canada. The organization focuses on the governance issues facing business enterprises, including challenges to traditional models of governance, risk management, shareholder engagement, and an increasingly complex regulatory and enforcement environment. The mission of the College is to promote professional standards among governance lawyers and the adoption of best practices within business organizations.
