Corporate Department Chairman Michael J. Aiello was named one of four recipients of the “Impact Dealmaker Award” at The Deal’s 2022 awards ceremony.

Michael was recognized for his leadership of the Corporate Department, his large array of notable clients and guiding Weil’s M&A Practice to work on more than 300 deals worth more than $1.5 trillion in value in the last decade. Some of his well-known clients include MGM Resorts International, Dow, The Home Depot and Sanofi.

The Firm also was recognized for its work on one of the “Outstanding Deals of the Year - American Tower Acquires CoreSite Realty for $10 Billion.” Weil advised Evercore, as financial advisor to CoreSite Realty Corporation, on that deal.

The winners were honored at an event on September 29 in New York City.
