Weil has advised funds managed by Mudrick Capital Management, L.P. in a super-priority secured notes financing for Getaround, Inc., an online car-sharing platform. The transaction follows Weil’s representation of the Mudrick funds in a $175 million senior secured convertible notes financing for Getaround’s business combination with InterPrivate II Acquisition Corp., which closed in December 2022.
