Weil and its practitioners were highly ranked by World Trademark Review in its 2024 edition of “WTR 1000  – The World’s Leading Trademark Professionals.”

The Firm was once again recognized as a leader for trademark enforcement and litigation in New York, and Intellectual Property & Media Head Benjamin Marks and partners Jessica Falk and Jared Friedmann were ranked among the top practitioners in the field.
