Weil has been shortlisted in three categories for Legal Media Group’s 2024 Life Sciences Americas Awards, which recognize “best in practice” attorneys and firms across the life sciences industry.

The categories in which Weil attorneys and departments have been shortlisted are:

• General Patent Litigator of the Year – California: Patent Litigation and Life Sciences practices Co-Head Edward Reines
• Post-Grant Proceedings Attorney of the Year: Global Litigation Department Co-Chair Elizabeth Stotland Weiswasser 
• Government Investigations Firm of the Year

Finalists are selected through direct submissions, client feedback and deliberation from active attorneys in the market. Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony in New York on September 5, 2024.
