Weil was recognized with five individual and Firm honors at the 2022 Managing Intellectual Property Americas Awards in New York on April 7, underscoring Weil’s leading-edge expertise and longtime reputation as one of the top firms in the United States, both for intellectual property disputes as well as intellectual property transactions.

Elizabeth S. Weiswasser, Co-Chair of Weil’s global Litigation Department and Co-Head of Weil’s Patent Litigation and Life Sciences practices, was named New York Litigator of the Year, and the Firm’s appellate victory for Getty Images in a multibillion-dollar copyright infringement suit was named one of the “Impact Cases of the Year” in the U.S.
