Adena Kleiner
Adena Kleiner is an associate in Weil’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice and is based in New York. Adena participates in the representation of public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.

Adena has been part of the teams advising:

  • Willis Towers Watson PLC in its proposed $80 billion combination with Aon PLC
  • Black Knight, Inc. in its acquisition of Optimal Blue LLC, in a transaction that implied an Optimal Blue enterprise value of $1.8 billion
  • EQT Private Equity in its acquisition of Billtrust, in a transaction that valued Billtrust at $1.7 billion
  • Marquee Raine Acquisition Corp., a SPAC sponsored by an affiliate of The Raine Group LLC and Marquee Sports Holdings SPAC I, LLC, in its $1.2 billion business combination with Enjoy Technology, Inc.
  • Eli Lilly and Company in its $1.1 billion acquisition of Dermira, Inc. 
  • Air Methods Corporation, as issuer, in a $185 million rights offering to holders of certain of its secured lenders in connection with Air Methods' emergence from Chapter 11
  • CEC Entertainment Inc., the parent company of Chuck E. Cheese and Peter Piper Pizza, in its chapter 11 restructuring
  • Curtis Brown Group in its sale to United Talent Agency
  • Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board in its acquisition of a majority stake in NVISION

Adena is a part of the Women@Weil cabinet. Adena received her J.D. from Fordham Law School and her B.A. from Yeshiva University.
