Biography
Anthony Tulipano is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in New York. Anthony participates in the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Anthony has been part of the teams advising on the following matters:
- Centerbridge Partners, L.P. and its portfolio company KIK Consumer Products Inc. in its sale of its automotive chemicals manufacturing business to an affiliate of Recochem Inc.
- Certified Collectibles Group, LLC in its acquisition of James Spence Authentication, LLC
- CPP Investments, together with Silver Lake, in their $12.5 billion take-private of Qualtrics
- Fiera Infrastructure, together with APG Group, in the acquisition of the equity interests not already owned by Fiera in Conterra Networks
- Goldman Sachs in the sale of its Personal Financial Management unit to wealth management firm Creative Planning
- Lee Equity Partners, together with Twin Point Capital, in their $161.4 million take-private of TESSCO Technologies Incorporated
- WellSpring Consumer Healthcare (a portfolio company of Avista Capital Partners) in its acquisition of vH essentials from Wisconsin Pharmacal Company
Anthony received his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he graduated on the Dean’s Honor List and was a Case Worker in the Osgoode Business Clinic. He received his B.A., with high distinction, from Carleton University.
