Biography
Bailey Brusca is an associate in Weil’s Banking & Finance practice and is based in New York. Bailey participates in advising borrowers, private equity sponsors, banks and other financial institutions in a variety of financing transactions, including first and second lien credit facilities, middle market and large cap financings, cross-border and domestic acquisition financings, and debt restructuring transactions.
Bailey has been part of the teams advising:
- Clayton, Dubilier & Rice and Carestream Dental LLC in its senior secured term loan and revolving facility
- Core Scientific, Inc. in its $80 million first lien senior secured term loan facility
- Dayforce, Inc. (f/k/a Ceridian HCM Holding Inc.) in a $1 billion senior secured term loan and revolving facility
- Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan and its portfolio company BroadStreet Partners, Inc. in a $1.28 billion senior secured term loan facility and in a $3.5 billion syndicated debt refinancing of its existing term loan facilities
- Signet Group Limited in its $1.2 billion senior secured asset based revolving facility
- TruArc Partners, as sponsor, in its senior secured term and revolving facility for Watchtower Buyer, LLC to finance the acquisition of Watchtower Security, LLC
Bailey received his J.D. from Emory University School of Law and his B.A. from University of California.
