Camille is an associate in Weil’s Restructuring practice and is based in Paris. Her practice focuses on corporate restructurings and distressed company transactions. She represents companies, creditors and purchasers in in-court and out-of-court restructurings. Camille’s experience also includes advising companies and private equity funds in connection with domestic and cross-border divestitures.
Camille graduated from the French business school HEC Paris (Grande Ecole) in 2017. She also received a Master’s degree in Business and Tax Law (Master 2 – Droit des Affaires et Fiscalité) in 2017 from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
She is a member of the Paris Bar. Her native language is French and she is fluent in English.
