Biography
Cesar Munoz is an associate in Weil’s Private Funds practice and is based in New York. Cesar participates in the representation of private investment fund sponsors in the formation, structuring and negotiation of their investment funds.
Prior to joining Weil, Cesar was a corporate associate at another international law firm.
Cesar received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where he was a recipient of the Lark-Barranco Scholarship, and his B.A. from Lafayette College.
