Biography
Christopher Schletter is an associate in the Corporate department of the Munich office. He focuses on cross-border private equity and M&A transactions as well as corporate law. Christopher further advises on restructurings and insolvency situations.
His recent experience includes advising:
- Alibaba.com on its investment in Visable Group
- Superior Industries in the reorganization of its European business operations
- CFGI, a portfolio company of Carlyle and CVC Capital Partners, on its add-on acquisition of PAS Financial Advisory
- Shareholders of Swibox AG on their strategic partnership with SRG & SERVE Group
- MW Storage Fund on its joint venture with respect to a battery energy storage facility
- Various private equity funds on contemplated transactions in Europe
Christopher studied law at University of Bayreuth (law degree 2017; Dr. iur. 2019) and UC Berkeley School of Law (LL.M. 2019). He was admitted to practice in California in 2022 and in Germany in 2023.
Christopher is fluent in German and English and conversant in Spanish.
