Biography
David Burdette is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in Boston. David participates in the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Prior to joining Weil, David was a non-commissioned officer in the United States Army Infantry.
David received his J.D. from Boston College Law School and his B.S. from Northeastern University where he studied Finance and Accounting.
