Biography
Geneva Kotler is an associate in Weil’s Private Funds practice and is based in New York. Geneva participates in the representation of private investment fund sponsors in the formation, structuring and negotiation of their investment funds.
Geneva received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served as Submissions Editor of the Virginia Environmental Law Journal. While in law school, she also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Cynthia Bashant, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. Geneva received her B.A. from The University of Michigan.
