Hiba Sheikh
Hiba Sheikh is an associate in Weil’s Banking & Finance practice and is based in New York. Hiba participates in advising borrowers, private equity sponsors, banks and other financial institutions in a variety of financing transactions, including first and second lien credit facilities, middle market and large cap financings, cross-border and domestic acquisition financings and debt restructuring transactions.

Hiba has been part of the teams advising:

  • Flexera Software LLC (a portfolio company of Thoma Bravo) in its $1.95 billion first lien senior secured term loan facility; its incremental senior secured term loan facility to finance the acquisition of Snow Software and its $210 million incremental second lien senior secured term loan facility
  • JPMorgan, as administrative agent, joint lead arranger and joint bookrunner, in an amendment, extension, and upsize of Ford Motor Company approximately $18 billion senior unsecured revolving facilities; and as administrative agent, joint lead arranger and joint bookrunner, in a $4 billion revolving credit facility for Ford Motor Company
  • Max US Bidco Inc. (a portfolio company of PAI Partners) in its $750 million senior secured term and revolving facility to purchase all the issued and outstanding equity interests of JHW Alphia Topco, Inc.
  • Mobileum (a portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital) in its $169 million senior secured debtor-in-possession term loan facility, including $50 million of new money and a partial roll-up of prepetition debt and in its $160 million senior secured term loan facility
  • Steward Health Care System LLC in debtor-in-possession senior secured term loan facilities totaling $300 million to finance its chapter 11 cases
  • Subsidiaries of Steward Health Care System LLC, as borrowers, under a bridge loan facility
