Biography
Karina Tepsaeva is an associate based in the Paris office and a member of the Banking & Finance Department. Her practice focuses on banking and acquisition finance as well as restructuring transactions. She advises private equity sponsors, borrowers and lenders.
Karina joined the firm in 2022. She graduated from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas where she received a Master’s degree in Banking and Financial Law (Master 2 Droit bancaire et financier) and a Master’s degree in Tax Law (Master 2 Droit fiscal).
Karina is a member of the Paris Bar. She is fluent in French and in English.
