Biography
Matthew Bernstein is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in Silicon Valley. Matthew participates in the representation of public and private companies in a variety of transactional matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, equity investments and divestitures.
Matthew received his J.D., with a specialization in Business Law, from UCLA School of Law where he served as a Managing Editor for the UCLA Law Review. He received his B.A., with Departmental Honors in Psychology, from Stanford University.
