Nicole Reynolds
Nicole Reynolds is an associate in Weil’s Banking & Finance practice and is based in New York. Nicole participates in advising borrowers, private equity sponsors, banks and other financial institutions in a variety of financing transactions, including first and second lien credit facilities, middle market and large cap financings, cross-border and domestic acquisition financings and debt restructuring transactions.
Nicole has been part of the teams advising:
  • Asurion, LLC in $1.25 billion senior secured term loan facility
  • Cano Health, Inc. in $211 million secured exit term loan facility
  • A major financial institution, as representative of the initial purchasers, in a $450 million senior secured 144A/Reg S senior secured notes offering by OUTFRONT Media, Inc.
  • Citibank, N.A., as administrative agent, in a $600 million senior secured term loan and revolving facility for ExlService Holdings, Inc.
  • Howden Group Holdings Limited in a $4.7 billion incremental senior secured term loan and revolving facility for its subsidiaries Hyperion Refinance S.à r.l and HIG Finance 2 Limited and its debut offering of $1 billion 7.250% senior secured notes and $500 million 8.125% senior notes.
  • Steward Health Care System LLC in debtor-in-possession senior secured term loan facilities totaling $300 million to finance its chapter 11 cases.
  • Subsidiaries of Steward Health Care System LLC, as borrowers, under a bridge loan facility.

Nicole received her J.D., cum laude, from Cornell Law School, where she served as Notes Editor of the Cornell Law Review. She received her B.A. and B.S., cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Florida.
