Biography
Nolan Jeremy DeBrowner is an associate in Weil’s Securities Litigation practice group. He focuses on litigating securities class action and shareholder derivative disputes in state and federal courts nationwide.
Nolan’s recent notable experience includes serving on Weil teams representing:
- Morgan Stanley, financial advisor to Elon Musk and his affiliated companies, in connection with Twitter’s expedited lawsuit in the Delaware Court of Chancery seeking to force the closing of Mr. Musk’s acquisition of Twitter.
- Churchill Capital Corp. IV in federal and state court stockholder litigations arising out of its de-SPAC merger with Lucid Motors.
Nolan also maintains an active pro bono practice He represents a class of federal prisoners alleging constitutional violations against the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.
Nolan received his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University, where has was an Editor for the Cardozo Law Review. He received his B.A. in Political Science and Government from the City University of New York College of Staten Island.
