Biography
Oumhani Fassi-Fihri is an associate based in the Paris office and a member of the Banking & Finance Department. Her practice focuses on banking and acquisition finance transactions. She advises private equity sponsors, borrowers and lenders.
Oumhani joined the firm in 2023. Prior to joining Weil, she was an associate in the Paris office of an international law firm.
Oumhani obtained a master’s degree in Business law in 2015 and a master’s degree in Banking and Financial in 2016 law from Paris II Pantheon Assas University.
Oumhani is a member of the Paris Bar. Her native language is French and she is fluent in English.
