Biography
Reggie Young-Drake is an associate in Weil's Private Equity practice and is based in New York. Reggie participates in the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Reggie has been part of the teams advising:
- EQT Partners Inc. in its take-private acquisition of Billtrust valued at $1.7 billion
- GHK Capital Partners in its acquisition of Johns-Byrne LLC
- Growthcurve Capital in its majority investment in PureFacts Financial Solutions Inc.
Reggie received his J.D., cum laude, from Howard University School of Law and his B.A. from Florida International University
