Shivangi Bhatia is an associate in Weil’s Antitrust practice group where she focuses on antitrust litigation, counseling, and government investigations.
Prior to returning to Weil, Shivangi served as a law clerk to the Honorable Judge Maria Araújo Kahn of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and to both the Honorable Chief Justice Richard A. Robinson and then-Justice Kahn of the Connecticut Supreme Court.
Shivangi earned her J.D., cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law where she served as an Associate Editor for the Fordham Law Review and on the Fordham Moot Court Board. Her note titled “To ‘Otherwise Make Unavailable’: Tenant Screening Companies’ Liability Under the Fair Housing Act’s Disparate Impact Theory” was published in Fordham Law Review Volume 88, Issue 6. Shivangi received her B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis.
