Stephanie Rosner is an associate in the Restructuring Department of Weil’s New York office.
Stephanie received her J.D., magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from University of Miami School of Law, where she served as Articles and Comments Editor on the University of Miami Law Review. Prior to joining Weil, Stephanie served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable J. Kate Stickles of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

- Mobileum, Inc., a leading global provider of telecom analytics and network solutions, in connection with its prepackaged chapter 11 cases with approximately $628 million in debt obligations.
- Regis Corporation, a leader in the haircare industry and franchisor of major salon brands, including Supercuts, in connection with the successful refinancing of the Company’s new senior secured credit facility with TCW Asset Management Company LLC and Midcap Financial Trust. The transaction includes a $105 million term loan that replaced Regis’s existing debt, reduced outstanding indebtedness by more than $80 million and will save approximately $7 million in cash interest annually and left public equity holders in place and unimpaired.
- Air Methods Corporation, the nation’s leading air medical service provider, in connection with its prepackaged chapter 11 cases, resulting in a $1.7 billion deleveraging.
- Western Global Airlines, LLC, a contracted air cargo transportation and logistics services company with an aggregate principal amount of $515 million in funded debt, in its chapter 11 cases.
- Phoenix Services Topco LLC, a provider of steel mill services to leading, global steel producing companies in the U.S. and abroad, in connection with its chapter 11 cases.
