Tiffany Bui is an associate in Weil’s Corporate Department and is based in Silicon Valley. Tiffany participates in the representation of public and private companies in a variety of transactional matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, equity investments and divestitures.
Tiffany has been part of the teams advising:
- Genstar Capital in its acquisitions of Abracon LLC and Arrowhead Engineered Products, Inc. and Arrowhead Engineered Products, Inc. in its acquisition of Red Hawk, LLC
- Gores Holdings VIII, Inc., a SPAC sponsored by The Gores Group, in its pending approximately $1.6 billion business combination with Footprint International Holdco, Inc.
- Leafly Holdings, Inc. in its business combination with Merida Merger Corp. I, a SPAC sponsored by Merida Capital Holdings
Prior to joining Weil, Tiffany was an associate at another international law firm in its emerging companies and venture capital practice group, where she represented both companies and investors in venture capital transactions and counseled startup companies through all stages of their corporate life-cycle. Tiffany’s background includes working as a corporate paralegal in-house at General Atomics, where she also served in a dual capacity as executive assistant to the general counsel and executive vice president.
Tiffany received her J.D. from UCLA School of Law and her B.A., cum laude, from the University of California, San Diego.
