Complex Commercial Litigation partner Bambo Obaro has been named among the “Top 100 Lawyers” in California for 2024 by the Daily Journal.
In a profile, the publication highlighted Bambo’s “deep expertise in confronting challenges by the Federal Trade Commission to tech company mergers,” and specifically underscored his work advising Meta in its acquisition of Within Unlimited and Microsoft in its $68.7 billion transaction for Activision Blizzard, both deals that cleared after facing challenges from the FTC.
“It’s no secret that the FTC has adopted an aggressive approach, and these cases can be extremely challenging and rewarding,” Bambo said.
Bambo was also named to the Daily Journal’s “Top 40 Under 40” list in 2020.
