Benjamin Marks, Head of Weil’s Intellectual Property & Media practice, was named “Practitioner of the Year (Copyright)” at the 2024 Managing Intellectual Property Americas Awards in New York City on April 25, underscoring his reputation as one of the top intellectual property advisors in the U.S.

Ben was recognized for his work over the last twelve months, including on major copyright litigation matters for longtime clients Sirius XM and A&E Television Networks, as well as for his involvement in Getty Images’ potentially industry-changing lawsuit against Stability AI.
