The M&A Advisor has selected four Weil partners among the winners of its 2024 Emerging Leaders Awards, which recognize “professionals under the age of 40 who have made groundbreaking contributions to the fields of M&A, corporate finance and restructuring.”

The four Weil partners recognized are:

• Dennis Adams – Technology & IP Transactions
• David J. Cohen – Restructuring
• Mei Dan – Private Equity
• Paul Overmyer – Banking & Finance

A panel of independent judges chose the winners from a “large pool of impressive candidates based on their accomplishments in business and community service.”

Honorees will be recognized at a gala during the 2024 Leadership in Dealmaking Summit on September 23 – 24 in New York.
