The National LGBTQ+ Bar Association has named Robert Niles-Weed, partner in Weil’s Complex Commercial Litigation and Appeals and Strategic Counseling practices, among its  “40 Best LGBTQ+ Lawyers Under 40” for 2024.

The annual list recognizes legal professionals under the age of 40 “who have distinguished themselves in their field and have demonstrated a profound commitment to LGBTQ+ equality.” Robert has been recognized for his dedication to LGBTQ+ advocacy as well as several notable wins on behalf of clients.

Winners also reflect the organization’s commitment to “fairly represent[ing] identities of our most marginalized populations, including transgender and nonbinary people, people of color, bisexual people, people with disabilities, and women.”
