Restructuring partner Ronit Berkovich and associate John Marinelli were named as recipients of the 2023 Law360 Distinguished Writing Award, a part of The Burton Awards for Legal Achievement.

Their article, “Crypto Downturn Will Bring Legal, Regulatory Clarity,” was selected as one of the nation’s 25 best law firm articles published in the past year. The article was published in Bloomberg Law in September.

Law360 is the lead sponsor of The Burton Awards, which are funded by the Burton Foundation, a non-profit, academic effort devoted to recognizing and rewarding excellence in the legal profession. The winners of the Law360 Distinguished Writing Awards were chosen from nominations submitted by the nation’s 1,000 largest law firms.
