Savoy Magazine has named Private Equity partner Trey Muldrow one of its “Most Influential Lawyers” for 2024. The list is a “powerhouse roster whose legal prowess and commitment to excellence inspire the highest levels of corporate and legal leadership.”

Trey was recognized for his work advising private equity firms, portfolio companies, sovereign wealth groups and private and public companies on various transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, carve outs and other complex deals. The publication also highlighted his work representing intermediaries, buyers and sellers in asset manager mergers and acquisitions and complex GP-led single and multi-asset transactions along with the numerous accolades he has received, including those from International Financial Law Review, Legal 500 US, Crain’s New York Business and the Council of Urban Professionals.

Trey was also noted for serving as Chair of the Corporation Law Committee of the New York City Bar and Chairman of the Board of The Dance Theatre of Harlem.
