D Magazine has named two Weil partners to its 2023 Best Lawyers in Dallas list, an annual series recognizing the attorneys who provide exceptional counsel in their practice areas. The honors highlight the expertise of the Dallas office and designate these partners as leaders in their respective fields.

Weil’s 2023 honorees and their respective practice categories are:

• David B. Gail – Corporate Law: Private Equity
• Managing Partner of Weil’s Dallas office and Co-Head of the Firm’s Banking & Finance practice Courtney S. Marcus – Banking & Finance

This is the third consecutive year David and Courtney have been named to the list.

D Magazine asks attorneys to nominate two lawyers outside their respective firms and one within their firm across all voting categories, based upon their firsthand experience with the nominees. After being nominated, honorees are evaluated by a panel composed of distinguished lawyers and D Magazine’s editors to be named to the list.
