Weil is advising funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management and Parallel Infrastructure (a portfolio company of such Apollo funds), a tower platform and build-to-suit provider, in the sale of Parallel Infrastructure to Harmoni Towers (a portfolio company of Palistar Capital LP, an alternative asset manager focused on mission-critical communications infrastructure). The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2022, subject to customary closing conditions. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
