Adam Voorberg
Adam Voorberg is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in New York. Adam participates in the representation of private equity firms and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and general corporate matters.

Adam has been part of the teams advising:

  • Apollo Global Management and its portfolio company Parallel Infrastructure LLC in Parallel’s sale to Harmoni Towers (a portfolio company of Palistar Capital)
  • Clayton Dubilier & Rice in the merger of its portfolio company Cynosure with Lutronic Corporation
  • Goldman Sachs in its $300 million investment in Madhive
  • Goldman Sachs together with Eurazeo, in their sale of their remaining 51% stake in Trader Interactive, LLC to carsales.com Ltd. in a transaction that valued Trader at $1.9 billion
  • Lee Equity Partners in sale of its interests in Simplicity Group Holdings, Inc.
  • Stripes Group and Siete Foods in Siete’s $1.2 billion sale to PepsiCo, Inc.

Previously, Adam was an associate in Weil’s Structured Finance and Derivatives practice, where he participated in advising issuers, underwriters, placement agents and collateral managers in all aspects of structured securities offerings, both in the United States and abroad.

Adam received his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School and his H.B.A. from Ivey Business School.
