Weil’s Munich and Frankfurt offices advised Dstny Group on the acquisition of Berlin-based easybell GmbH and its subsidiaries.

Dstny, a leading European provider of cloud-based business communications, agreed on the acquisition of easybell GmbH, a cloud communication provider of Cloud PBX and VoIP telephony for B2B customers with a distribution network of 2,000 partners.
