Biography
Konstantin Hoppe is counsel in the Litigation practice in the Munich office. He represents clients on national and international levels in arbitration proceedings, civil litigation, and injunction proceedings. He has also vast experience in commercial real estate, IP/IT, life sciences and healthcare as well as compliance matters. His clients are institutional investors and industrial corporations, as well as financial institutions.
Konstantin studied law at the Universities of Heidelberg (Law Degree 1997) and Geneva, the Graduate Institute of International Studies in Geneva, and the German University of Administrative Sciences in Speyer. He holds a doctorate in law (Dr. jur.) from the University of Jena (2003) and an Executive Master of European and International Business Law (M.B.L.-HSG) degree from the University of St. Gallen (2009). Konstantin was admitted to practice in Germany in 1998.
He is fluent in German and English and conversant in French.
