Weil advised PSG and its portfolio company Formstack, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company that provides a versatile, no-code suite to create and orchestrate workflow with custom forms, documents, and eSignatures, in its acquisition of Formsite, a forms provider that allows customers to build online forms and surveys without the need for programming knowledge.
