Biography
Lauren Broidy is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in Dallas. Lauren participates in the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Lauren has been part of the teams advising on the following matters:
- Greater Sum Ventures in its acquisition of Strax Technologies, LLC
- Greater Sum Ventures, along with several co-investors, in its acquisition of Utility Associates, Inc.
- Peak Rock Capital and its portfolio company The Tranzonic Companies in its acquisition of Supply Source Enterprises, Inc. (a portfolio company of H.I.G Capital)
- PSG in its investment in Packback Inc.
Lauren Broidy received her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and her B.A., cum laude, from Claremont McKenna College. Lauren also served as judicial extern to Judge John W. Holcomb in the United States Central District of California.
