Weil is advising the initial purchasers in connection with OUTFRONT Media Inc.’s $450 million 144A/Reg S offering of 7.375% Senior Secured Notes due 2031. The transaction priced on November 7, 2023 and is expected to close on or about November 20, 2023, subject to customary closing conditions.
